Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited in Charleville is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to support the branch’s retail team and deliver a complete delivery service for rural products. Ability to build and maintain client relationships to meet KPIs.
Hold a valid driver’s license; heavy rigid truck and forklift licenses preferred with support to obtain.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.
