Job summary

Elders is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will leverage your product knowledge and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients across rural communities, supported by the Elders network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to build client relationships and understand customer needs.
• Knowledge of product ranges and the Elders portfolio is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift and HR Truck licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending Elders products and services.
• Proactively source new business to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktakes and dispatch.
• Process sales and prepare accurate quotes for clients.
