Elders Charleville is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the branch’s retail activities, handling stock reception and dispatch while delivering exceptional customer service to rural clients.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience is essential.
• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work in a team and support a rural clientele.
• Valid driver’s license required, heavy vehicle license preferred can be supported.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.
