Job summary

Zeal Futures Pty is seeking an experienced RTO Manager to lead day-to-day operation of trade and non-trade training across three campuses, primarily Rutherford, NSW. You will guide and develop a capable team to deliver high-quality education and meaningful outcomes for students, employers and communities.

You will drive performance on funded contracts, expand programs and delivery models, while embedding continuous improvement and compliance with the Standards for RTOs and ASQA requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational or management role within an RTO.
• Strong knowledge of the Standards for RTOs, ASQA requirements and audit processes.
• Experience managing government-funded training contracts (Smart and Skilled and ACE).
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Confident leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in trade training environments preferred.
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support RTO teams across three campuses, building capability, accountability and connection.
• Drive performance across Smart and Skilled and ACE funded contracts, including enrolment targets, funding acquittals and reporting.
• Lead the expansion of new programs, delivery models and resourcing across our campuses.
• Maintain quality and compliance at delivery, meeting the Standards for RTOs and ASQA requirements while embedding continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with government contract managers, licensing bodies, employers and other industry stakeholders.
