Job summary

Zeal Futures is seeking an experienced RTO Manager to lead daily operations of our trade and non-trade training across three campuses, primarily based at Rutherford. You will guide a capable team to deliver high-quality education and meaningful outcomes for students, employers and communities.

You will drive performance across Smart and Skilled and ACE contracts, expand programs, and ensure quality and compliance with ASQA standards while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational or management role within an RTO.
• Strong working knowledge of the Standards for RTOs, ASQA requirements and audit processes.
• Experience managing government-funded training contracts, ideally Smart and Skilled and ACE.
• A strong track record of leading, coaching and developing teams across multiple locations.
• Confident leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in trade training environments will be highly regarded.
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support RTO teams across three campuses.
• Drive performance across funded contracts, including enrolments and reporting.
• Lead expansion of programs, delivery models and resourcing.
• Maintain quality and compliance with RTO Standards and ASQA requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with government contract managers and employers.
