Job summary

UTILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE AUSTRALIA PTY. LTD. is seeking an RTO Coordinator for our Sunshine North, Victoria campus. This role ensures adherence to RTO standards, supports delivery of training programs, and maintains high-quality educational services.

You will work with staff to develop schedules, manage enrolments and progress records, and liaise with regulatory bodies to meet VET requirements while fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an RTO environment, coordinating or providing administrative support.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with training management software and MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of Standards for RTOs 2015 and AQF.
