The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality training programs to students. You will develop policies to maintain Standards compliance, manage training delivery, evaluate trainers, and lead a team of educators and administrative staff while coordinating with industry and government

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, business or related field.
• Extensive experience in the VET sector, including managing an RTO.
• Strong knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement policies to ensure ongoing compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
• Manage delivery of training programs, including scheduling, resources, and assessment.
• Monitor and support trainers and assessors with feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, employers, and government agencies.
• Oversee the RTO’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting against VET funding contracts.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to high standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of trainers, assessors and admin staff.

Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RTO Manager to oversee the operations of our Registered Training Organization (RTO). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the RTO, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality training programs to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure continuous compliance with Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
• Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and assessment
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and assessors, providing feedback and support as required
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including employers, industry bodies, and government agencies
• Manage the RTO's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting against VET funding contracts
• Ensure the RTO's facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard
• Lead and motivate a team of trainers, assessors, and administrative staff

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in education, business, or a related field
• Extensive experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector, including experience managing an RTO
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for RTOs, including the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in preparing for and managing ASQA audits.
