Job summary

UTILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE AUSTRALIA PTY. LTD. is seeking an RTO Coordinator for our Sunshine North, Victoria campus. This role ensures adherence to RTO standards, supports delivery of training programs, and maintains high-quality educational services.

You will work with staff to develop schedules, manage enrolments and progress records, and liaise with regulatory bodies to meet VET requirements while fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an RTO environment, coordinating or providing administrative support.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with training management software and MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of Standards for RTOs 2015 and AQF.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration of training programs and ensure compliance with RTO standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training schedules and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student enrolments, progress, and outcomes.
• Support trainers and assessors in the delivery of training and assessment activities.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to all relevant VET legislation and compliance frameworks.
• Facilitate communication between students, trainers, and management to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of training processes to ensure continuous improvement.
