Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.
• Competent computer skills for use of educational platforms such as aXcelerate or similar LMS, and google drive.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Eager to continuously learn new skills and acquire knowledge.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous administration experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration tasks such as data entry, document handling and answering emails in a professional and friendly manner.
• Processing student enrolments, assessments and certificates.
• Assisting with student enquiries including managing student issues as they arise.
• Maintaining compliance with standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO).
• Comfortable answering a high volume of calls while maintaining a friendly phone manner.
• Providing support to regional offices with overflow phone calls, management of student data and delegation of tasks.
• Contributing to improving current processes and systems where possible.
