Job summary

WorkPac invites applications for an HR Driver role across NSW, Australia. You will operate HR vehicles, transport asphalt and materials to work sites, and support the crew with site prep and cleanup. The position offers on-site work in outdoor conditions with a focus on safety and teamwork.

We value individuals who hold a NSW HR Class licence and White Card, with prior HR driving experience preferred. Physically fit candidates who can perform manual labour will fit well in this role and be

Qualifications

• Current NSW HR Class licence held.
• White Card or construction safety certification.
• Previous HR driving experience.
• Experience in asphalt, roadworks or civil construction preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.

Responsibilities

• Operate HR vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials, equipment and asphalt to and from sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Assist with spreading, raking and shovelling asphalt.
• Support asphalt crew with site preparation and cleanup.
• Complete pre-start vehicle checks and secure loads.
• Follow site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team in outdoor conditions.

What you will need:

• Current NSW Drivers Licence HR Class
• White Card
• Previous HR driving experience
• Asphalt, roadworks or civil construction experience highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
