Job summary

WorkPac is seeking an HR Driver in Tamworth, NSW, with a valid HR licence and White Card. The role involves operating HR vehicles, transporting asphalt and materials, and assisting with site tasks. Immediate start and supportive on-the-job training are provided.

Applicants should be physically fit with manual-labour capability and have previous HR driving experience; asphalt/roadworks experience is highly regarded. WorkPac offers company benefits and a safety-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate HR vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials, equipment and asphalt to and from work sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Assist with spreading, raking and shovelling asphalt.
• Support the asphalt crew with site preparation and clean-up.
• Complete pre-start vehicle checks and ensure loads are secure.
• Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team in outdoor conditions.
