Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a hands-on Labourer with HC driving experience to support asphalt and civil construction projects across New South Wales. You will safely operate HC vehicles, load materials, assist with asphalt spreading and road prep, and help maintain a clean, safe site under varying weather conditions.

Applicants should have a current NSW HC licence and a White Card, with previous HC driving and civil construction experience considered highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Current NSW HC Drivers Licence is required.
• White Card is required.
• Previous HC driving experience is preferred.
• Asphalt/roadworks or civil construction experience is highly regarded.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HC vehicles to transport asphalt, materials and equipment.
• Load and unload materials.
• Assist with asphalt spreading, raking and shovelling.
• Support the crew with road preparation and clean-up.
• Assist with general labouring duties on road and civil construction sites.
• Complete vehicle pre-start checks and ensure loads are secure.
• Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
