Job summary

WorkPac is seeking an HC Driver Asphalt to join our Tamworth, NSW crew. You will safely operate HC vehicles to transport asphalt and materials, load/unload, and support road civil tasks on site.

This role requires a current NSW HC licence, a White Card, and previous HC driving experience. The position offers on-the-job training, penalties paid for all hours, and access to WorkPac benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NSW HC Class licence required.
• White Card (construction safety) required.
• Experience in asphalt, roadworks or civil construction preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HC vehicles to transport asphalt, materials and equipment.
• Load and unload materials.
• Assist with asphalt spreading, raking and shovelling.
• Support the crew with road preparation and clean-up.
• Assist with general labouring duties on road and civil construction sites.
• Complete vehicle pre-start checks and ensure loads are secure.
• Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
