Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a hands-on Labourer to safely operate HR/HC vehicles for transporting asphalt and materials, load/unload, and assist with asphalt spreading, raking, and shovelling on NSW site projects.

You will support road preparation, site clean-up, and general labour tasks, adhering to safety protocols and performing vehicle pre-start checks. The role requires physical fitness and prior experience in asphalt or civil construction, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for outdoor work and manual tasks.
• Able to follow safety instructions and PPE requirements.
• Team player with reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to perform varied labour tasks on road sites.

What you will need:

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence – HR/HC Class
• White Card
• Previous HR/ HC driving experience
• Asphalt, roadworks or civil construction experience highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
