Job summary

WorkPac is seeking experienced Asphalt Sealing Labourers to join our crew in Swanbank for a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, with 9-10 hour shifts across day and night rosters, meeting at the depot before travelling to sites as a crew.

Duties include: assisting with spray seal and asphalt operations, loading materials, working with truck drivers and crew, and maintaining safety on active roadwork sites.

Qualifications

• MR or HR Truck Licence (mandatory).
• White Card (mandatory).
• Previous labouring experience in civil/asphalting.
• RII tickets (desirable).
• Able to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug/Alcohol Screen.
• Willingness to work away from home when required.
• Willingness to work across day and night shifts.
• Physically fit and safety-focused.

Responsibilities
