Job summary

Murray PHN is seeking a part-time Coordinator Workforce Development to lead the end-to-end delivery of workshops, courses and webinars, strengthening the primary healthcare workforce across multiple locations in our region.

You will coordinate initiatives from concept to completion, identify training needs, and collaborate with peak bodies and health services to deliver impactful learning experiences for communities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating professional development programs, events or projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional writing skills and the ability to develop high-quality communications, reports and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging professional development programs, events and learning opportunities across the region.
• Coordinate workforce development initiatives from concept to completion, including planning, promotion, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
• Identify emerging workforce needs, training gaps and opportunities to shape a calendar of education activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, industry leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Build relationships with peak bodies, health services, medical colleges and partner organisations to coordinate opportunities.
• Host and support a diverse range of online and in-person events, fostering connections and capability.
