Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex cross-organisational programs across the Gippsland Local Health Service Network (GLHSN). You will drive planning, governance and successful delivery of projects to improve healthcare access, workforce capability and system performance.

The role requires high-level project leadership, governance expertise and strong stakeholder management, with a focus on regional health reform and collaboration.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent senior project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale or complex projects in healthcare/public sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to align outcomes with health system objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and influencing skills across multiple organisations.
• Governance, risk management, change management, implementation planning, and performance monitoring experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for executive reports and business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver strategically significant regional projects and change initiatives with alignment to GLHSN priorities, governance, timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, project plans, milestones, risk registers, stakeholder engagement strategies and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic analysis, business cases, options assessments, briefing papers and recommendations for governance decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with health service executives, clinicians, government agencies, sponsors and regional partners.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation, facilitation, change management and implementation activities for adoption and sustainability.
• Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies and benefits with timely reporting and escalation.
