The Royal Women\'s Hospital in Parkville, Melbourne, is seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to support digital transformation across The Women\'s, RMH and Peter Mac, focusing on governance and delivery discipline in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will coordinate plans, artefacts, reporting and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle, working with Project Managers and Portfolio Directors to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Digital Health or related field.
• Extensive experience leading or coordinating process improvement or digital transformation in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in ICT or digital health through delivery of complex initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, tasks, meetings, workshops and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain artefacts including status reports, RAID logs, change requests and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks and governance; escalate variances as required.
• Support stakeholder, vendor, change, readiness and adoption activities across initiatives.
