ISN is hiring an Associate in Sydney to proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients on our Customer Service team. The program starts with an 8-week training at our Dallas HQ, followed by a rotation to Client Development after the initial period.

Expect combined sales and service duties and up to 20% travel after training. The role offers a base of AU$90,000 per year with an annual incentive bonus up to AU$11,000 and a hybrid work schedule in Sydney.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to work with people and engage in verbal interaction over the phone.
• Ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills.

Responsabilidades

• Field incoming calls and inquiries, inside sales, and helping customers navigate ISNetworld.
• Provide employees with knowledge and skills needed for success within the company.
• Travel up to 20% for in-person meetings, events and presentations after training.
