Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, Financial Services Industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work equally well in a team environment and independently.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of client services programs across Australia and NZ.
• Project manage conference themes, agendas, and presenters for internally run conferences.
• Project manage topics and presenters for internally run webcasts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to produce speaker presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure high level communication pre and post conference/event.
