Job summary

The Autism Association Of Western Australia seeks a Scheduler to organise timely rostering of staff for client services at Shenton Park. You will ensure staff with the right skills and qualifications are assigned to individuals, and manage rosters accordingly.

You will coordinate scheduling across a Disability/Aged Care context, using rostering software and CRM, with strong focus on accuracy, communication and person-centred support for people with Autism.

Qualifications

• Scheduling or rostering experience, preferably within the Disability or Aged Care sector, or similar
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management, and rostering software
• Highly developed organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Strong customer service focus with understanding of person-centred and inclusive support of people with Autism
• Proven ability to use initiative and work both independently and in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rostering and rosters to ensure timely service delivery
• Create rosters and distribute to support staff
• Contact staff to cover shortfalls including emergency replacements
• Process leave requests, induction paperwork, training schedules, new starters & invoices
• Answer general scheduling enquiries from internal stakeholders
