Job summary

All About Caring is seeking an experienced Client Rostering Specialist to coordinate Support Worker rosters and help ensure clients receive reliable, consistent support. You will manage forward and in-day rostering and maintain accurate information in Visual Care, working closely with clients, carers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Five years plus rostering, admin or team-leading experience.
Experience in disability support or aged care is valued.
Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate forward and in-day rostering for clients and workers.
Match skilled workers to client services and respond to changes.
Monitor capacity, overtime and coverage gaps.
Maintain accurate client and worker information in Visual Care.
Coordinate buddy shifts, onboarding and training needs.
Communicate service changes to clients, carers and workers.
Document cancellations, variations, feedback and adverse events.
Participate in a rotational after-hours coordination roster.
