Job summary
Infinite Care Windsor is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join our Operational team on a full-time, site-based basis. You will lead rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts, backfill requests, and partner with our workforce optimisation team to forecast staffing needs and maintain operational stability for residents and families.

Qualifications
- Extensive staff rostering experience required.
- Single point of contact to ensure rostering information is accurate.
- Experience with Roster Bid Manager tools is highly regarded.
- NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain one is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts for direct, contracting and labour hire staff.
- Backfill shifts and manage requests for new shifts from on-site teams.
- Collaborate with the workforce optimisation team to forecast staffing needs.
- Oversee fortnightly allocations, roster changes and shift pickups.
- Train staff on timekeeping systems and troubleshoot access issues.
- Maintain confidential rostering information in line with policy.
