Job summary

Arcare is seeking an organised Rostering Coordinator to ensure the Residence remains appropriately staffed, delivering high-quality care while maintaining a positive workplace. You will oversee rostering to meet residents’ needs, while collaborating with management on budgets and staffing strategies.

The role requires experience with rostering across multiple teams, payroll administration, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing rostering across multiple teams/departments.
• Experience in workforce rostering, scheduling, payroll administration or workforce coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.

Responsibilities

• Staff Scheduling: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet resident care needs.
• Managing Shift Changes: Handle shift changes, leave requests and replacements to maintain staffing levels.
• Payroll Administration: Manage payroll-related administration, timesheets, attendance, and leave data.
• Communication: Keep staff informed of schedules, changes and important information.
• Coordination with Management: Align staffing with budget and optimize workforce management.
