Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a skilled roster administrator to ensure compliant and efficient scheduling across client sites in South Australia. You will manage client site briefs, roster all employees with appropriate licences and qualifications, and monitor clock-ins to maintain service quality.

You will collaborate with the Service Delivery Team Leader and support call centre style rostering tasks to ensure coverage, fatigue compliance, and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience understanding and interpreting Industrial Instruments.
• Extensive experience in high-volume employee rostering.
• High computer literacy including MS Office and exposure to rostering software.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Call centre experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client site briefs, ensuring all requirements are up to date.
• Create new clients in internal systems, roster schedules and post requirements.
• Ensure shifts are covered with the relevant trained, licenced and qualified employees.
• Follow up on any expired licences, qualifications, clearances, etc. and report to Management.
• Create and schedule employee roster assignments in accordance with applicable Industrial Instruments.
• Monitor clock in/out reports and exceptions.
• Call centre type duties overseeing the rostering of employees to ensure effective coverage, adherence to fatigue guidelines, and compliance with client-specific requirements.
