Job summary

CQ Health in Central Queensland is seeking a dedicated Rostering Coordinator to create, maintain and coordinate rosters ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. You will provide friendly, customer-focused support to managers and help the rostering team navigate new processes and systems.

Experience with Workbrain and/or myHR is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of rostering or payroll in a large, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering or payroll in a large and complex environment.
• Ability to learn Queensland Health systems, awards and industrial requirements.
• Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure.
• Clear and confident communication with managers.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and coordinate rosters to ensure staffing coverage.
• Manage time and attendance, unplanned leave, vacant shifts and redeployments.
• Provide advice on rostering and workforce systems to managers.
• Review reports, maintain records, and stay compliant with awards and HR policies.
