Queensland Health is seeking a Roster Support Officer to keep rosters on track, ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, and support managers with leave, shifts, and payroll queries.

You’ll build strong relationships, fix issues, juggle priorities, and stay accurate and compliant even in busy periods. Experience with Workbrain or myHR is a bonus; willingness to learn is key.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workbrain and/or myHR is highly desirable in a large environment.
• Willingness to quickly learn Queensland Health systems, awards and industrial requirements.
• Able to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Make the roster work: create, maintain and coordinate rosters to place the right people at the right time.
• Keep things running smoothly: manage time and attendance, unplanned leave and vacant shifts.
• Be the go-to support: advise managers on rostering and workforce systems; navigate changes.
• Keep it accurate and compliant: review reports, fix errors and stay up to date with HR policies.
