• Experience in a customer service, rostering, sales or recruitment environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving and lateral-thinking approach with strong organisational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Place new and existing candidates into suitable work shifts.
• Solve complex rostering challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Contribute to business growth via reverse marketing and proactive candidate engagement.
