Job summary

Australian Unity is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in New South Wales to plan and manage care worker rosters, ensuring timely and high-quality service while coordinating third-party bookings. This full-time, hybrid role is based at our Penrith/Parramatta office and involves close collaboration with the supply and demand team to optimise scheduling processes.

You will be the first point of contact for scheduling changes, use data and systems to maintain accuracy, and deliver responsive support

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or rostering is ideal but not essential.
• We welcome applicants from call centre or customer support backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage care worker rosters with intraday changes and leave requests.
• Ensure rostering guidelines, training, and funding compliance.
• Coordinate third-party bookings and supplier engagement.
• Act as first point of contact for customer scheduling enquiries.
• Maintain accurate data in systems to support payroll accuracy.
• Provide workforce insights to leaders and assist with recruitment alignment.
• Deliver after-hours support when rostered, and promote safety and quality compliance.
