Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Scheduler to provide rostering services for Home Care Workers in the Northern Sydney region. The role is a 12-month maternity leave contract based in Hammondville or Penrith offices, with shifts 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday.

You will manage client and staff schedules, ensure fairness and efficiency, and maintain up-to-date staff data while collaborating with the centralized support team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call center
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
• You're a natural problem solver and have outstanding communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling services to HammondCare Home Care staff.

Provide, maintain and create the rostering/schedule for our Home Care Workers in the Northern Sydney Region, to ensure our clients are properly cared for.

Please note:

• This position is a 12 months maternity leave contract based in our Hammondville Office OR Penrith Office Location
• Shifts time 6am to 2 pm Mon - Fri

Scheduler- what's involved in the role?

• The role of Scheduler works to providing scheduling services to all HammondCare Home Care staff.
• The Scheduler will efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules. This will include ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness, whilst maintaining care worker contracted hours.
• Actively and cooperatively participate as a member of the centralized support team and provide system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
