Job summary

Remedy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator for an on-site, part-time role in Melbourne. You will ensure rostering accuracy, coordinate RNs, EEN, PCA, laundry and kitchen staff, and support payroll and admin tasks to maintain smooth operations.

You’ll join a not-for-profit aged care provider with a values-driven team and a focus on resident wellbeing. A current Police Check is required or willingness to obtain one, with a collaborative, friendly workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in roster management and staff coordination.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in rostering ideally in Aged Care or Healthcare.
• Proficient data handling and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish fortnightly rosters.
• Organise relief and agency staff and manage swaps.
• Assist payroll with timesheets and pay queries.
• Support leave approvals and master roster management.
• Assist onboarding and recruitment coordination.
• Provide front-of-house relief and handle bookings.
• Maintain accurate records and daily allocation sheets.
