Job summary

NoosaCare Incorporated in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Rostering Coordinator to ensure staffing aligns with resident care needs across Carramar and Kabara. You will manage rosters, monitor availability, coordinate permanent and casual staff, and work with clinical managers to maintain workforce efficiency and compliance.

The role requires strong computer skills, excellent organisation, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Prior rostering or workforce scheduling experience, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
• Excellent computer/system skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant awards and compliance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute staff rosters to meet operational needs.
• Monitor staff availability, leave requests and roster changes.
• Coordinate permanent and casual staff to fill gaps efficiently.
• Collaborate with managers and payroll for roster accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate roster updates promptly and maintain records.
• Support workforce planning and daily rostering administration.
