Job summary

Arcare is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing for a residential aged care residence in Noosa Shire, Queensland. The role focuses on rostering across shifts, coordinating staff availability and maintaining a positive frontline team environment.

Part-time role of 2.5 days per week (Mon, Tue & Fri) with an emphasis on accuracy, communication, and collaboration with management to align staffing with resident needs.

Qualifications

• Experience rostering across multiple teams/departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Payroll administration and attendance record management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and residents’ care needs.
• Process shift changes, leave requests and replacements to maintain staffing levels.
• Manage payroll-related administration, timesheets, leave requests and attendance accuracy.
