Job summary

MSS Security in South Australia seeks a Workforce Planner to join the Service Delivery Team. You will ensure operational compliance, licensing, training and client site requirements while providing excellent service to clients and employees.

The role includes rostering, scheduling shifts, maintaining client briefs, and optimizing overtime efficiency. You should have experience interpreting Industrial Instruments, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with rostering software.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting Industrial Instruments.
• Extensive experience in high-volume rostering.
• High computer literacy including MS Office and rostering software/systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Call centre experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client site briefs, ensuring all requirements are up to date.
• Create new clients in internal systems, roster schedules and post requirements, and prepare client quotes.
• Ensure future vacant shifts are covered with trained, licensed and qualified employees.
• Schedule employee training shifts and follow up completion.
• Roster effective coverage for sickness, annual leave, LSL, and vacancies.
• Identify opportunities for overtime reduction and non-costed expenses.
• Oversee rostering and call centre-type duties to ensure coverage and fatigue compliance.
