Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a rostering and compliance-focused administrator to support client sites and internal systems. You will monitor licences, manage rosters, and ensure staff are trained, qualified, and compliant with applicable instruments to meet client site requirements.

You will also coordinate with the service delivery team, maintain accurate records, and support customer service to clients and employees. Strong MS Office skills and rostering software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in understanding and interpreting Industrial Instruments
• Extensive experience in high volume employee rostering
• High computer literacy including MS Office and exposure to rostering software/systems
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills
• Call centre experience is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Maintain client site briefs, ensuring all requirements are up to date
• Create new clients in our internal systems, roster schedules and post requirements
• Ensure shifts are covered with the relevant trained, licenced and qualified employees
• Follow up on any expired licences, qualifications, clearances etc and report to Management
• Create and schedule employee roster assignments in accordance with applicable Industrial Instruments
• Monitor clock in/out reports and exceptions, call centre type duties overseeing rostering to ensure coverage and fatigue guidelines
