Breakthru in Sydney is seeking a Community Workforce Coordinator to manage rostering and workforce support for Disability Services & Accommodation. You will publish 4-week rosters, cover leave, and handle roster records with related administrative tasks, while supporting payroll and staffing reports.

The role requires strong communication, rostering experience, and the ability to interpret industry awards. A Criminal record check, Working with children’s check, and NDIS Worker Screening

• Create and publish 4-week rosters.
• Replace planned and unplanned leave.
