Breakthru, part of Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a Staffing Operations Coordinator to manage 4-week rosters, replace leave, maintain roster records and assist payroll and reporting. You will work within Disability Services & Accommodation Support to ensure smooth staffing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering and workforce scheduling.
• Ability to interpret industry awards and policies.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 4-week rosters for the Disability Services & Accommodation Support.
• Replace planned and unplanned leave and maintain roster records.
• Support payroll functions and staff reports.
• Assist casual pool recruitment activities and initiatives.
