The successful candidate will manage 4-week rosters, handle planned and unplanned leave, and support recruitment while ensuring compliance with industry awards. A collaborative, community-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Rostering experience in disability services or community programs.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Administrative and organisational capabilities including record-keeping.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant industry awards.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with rostering software.
• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain).
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive staffing operations and workforce support for Disability Services & Accommodation Support.
• Create and publish 4-week rosters and manage leave replacements.
• Maintain roster records and perform related administrative tasks.
• Support payroll functions and payroll-related reporting.
• Assist casual pool recruitment activities and initiatives.
