Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Director of Campus – Learning and Pedagogy at the Rosebud Campus. This 3-year tenured leadership role combines instructional leadership with ongoing teaching responsibilities, guiding curriculum and pedagogy across the campus.

The appointee will work within the Learning and Teaching Executive under the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching to elevate student learning.

Qualificações

• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration required for teaching positions.
• Experience in leadership roles within a campus context.
• Commitment to Catholic education and learning framework.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Year 7–9 Campus learning and teaching program to ensure rigorous and continuous learning for each student.
• Lead capacity building with Instructional Coaches and promote the learning framework and MACS Vision for Instruction.
• Lead professional learning aligned with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and identified College priorities.
• Provide proactive leadership to foster a safe, inclusive, high-performing learning environment.
• Lead performance reviews and professional goal-setting for teaching staff with clear improvement targets.
• Assume lead responsibility for a College priority area and advance its implementation.
• Perform day-to-day duties and implement decisions as requested by the Principal or College Improvement Team.
