Responsibilities

• Oversee the Year 7-9 Campus learning and teaching program to challenge and engage students.
• Lead capacity building and promote a culture of ongoing professional growth.
• Provide professional learning and coaching aligned with standards and priorities.
• Support effective operation and strategic priorities of the Campus.
• Lead performance reviews and set improvement goals with staff.
• Collaborate on School Improvement Plan initiatives and priorities.
• Perform other duties as required by the Principal or Leadership Team.
