Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Director of Campus – Learning and Pedagogy (LaP) for Rosebud Campus. This is a 3-year Tenured Leadership position with an ongoing teaching appointment, reporting to the Director of Campus.

The role drives instructional excellence, curriculum design and evidence-based pedagogy aligned with Padua’s Learning & Teaching Framework and MACS Vision for Instruction, supporting staff to maximise student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead curriculum development, pedagogy and assessment.
• Promote high-quality instructional practice and student engagement.
• Collaborate with instructional coaches and campus leaders to implement priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Year 7–9 Campus learning and teaching program.
• Lead professional learning and coaching in line with standards.
• Monitor progress and establish improvement goals with staff.
• Support safe, inclusive, high-performing learning environments.
• Lead performance reviews and annual goal setting.
• Collaborate to implement College priorities and improvement plans.
• Perform day-to-day duties as required by Principal.
