Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Head of Campus – Learning and Pedagogy (Year 7-9) for a 3-year leadership term alongside ongoing teaching duties. • Ability to lead curriculum and pedagogy across multiple year levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Year 7–9 Campus learning and teaching program.
• Model and embed Padua’s Learning and Teaching Framework and MACS Vision for Instruction.
• Provide coaching, observations and feedback to staff to improve practice.
• Drive curriculum development and evaluation for student outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
