Qualifications

• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration is required.
• Leadership experience in learning and teaching across an educational campus.
• Experience implementing learning and teaching frameworks and instructional models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Year 7–9 campus learning and teaching program to ensure challenging, authentic and engaging learning.
• Lead capacity building and embedding Padua's instructional models and MACS vision.
• Lead professional learning, coaching, observations and evidence-based teaching practices.
• Provide proactive leadership to support campus operations, safety and high performance learning environments.
• Lead performance reviews, goal setting and progress monitoring for teaching staff.
