Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Director of Campus – Learning and Pedagogy for the Tyabb Campus. The role combines leadership with an ongoing teaching appointment and reports to the Director of Campus.

The position leads curriculum development, pedagogy and staff development, advancing the College’s strategic plan and instructional framework to maximise student outcomes across year levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning and teaching initiatives.
• Ability to align curriculum with MACS Vision and Padua’s Model.
• Proven capacity to drive professional development and coaching.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Year 7-12 learning and teaching program across campus.
• Model and embed Padua’s Learning and Teaching Framework and Instructional Model.
• Lead professional learning, coaching, observations and feedback.
• Support safe, inclusive, high-performing learning environment with staff.
• Oversee performance reviews and goal setting for teaching staff.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to advance priorities and projects.
• Perform other duties as directed by Principal or College leadership.
