The role leads curriculum development, pedagogy, and learning programs in partnership with instructional coaches and campus staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership in curriculum development, pedagogy and learning environments.
• Experience implementing school improvement plans and teaching standards.
• Ability to lead a campus learning and teaching team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Year 7–9 Campus learning and teaching program to ensure challenging, authentic and engaging learning.
• Lead capacity-building with Instructional Coaches and model the College's Learning and Teaching Framework.
• Drive professional learning, coaching, classroom observations and evidence-based instructional practices.
