Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking friendly, reliable people to join our Housekeeping team on a part-time basis. This role supports a luxury hotel experience, with a rotating 7-day roster and opportunities for flexible shifts on student visa programs.

You will help maintain high standards in guest rooms and common areas while upholding Crown's premium service expectations. Ideal candidates have basic English, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team setting.

The Role

We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Housekeeping team at Crown Sydney.

At Crown, the Housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering the premium experience guests expect from one of Australia's most iconic luxury hotels. Fully insourced and proudly part of the Crown family, you will be part of a supportive team and play an important role in delivering a high quality guest experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for those on Student Visas or seeking flexible part-time work to gain experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

What you'll do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown's high standards
• Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
• Vacuum and tidy rooms
• Refill guest amenities and supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
• Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
• Work with your team to meet daily room targets based on a credit system

What we require

• At least 3 months' previous experience in Housekeeping in a hotel, resort, or accommodation environment
• Availability to work across a 7 day rotating roster
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending and lifting
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
