Crown Sydney is seeking friendly, reliable people to join our Housekeeping team. This on-site role offers part-time hours with a rotating 7-day roster, ideal for those starting in luxury hospitality or seeking flexible work.

You will clean rooms, change linens, and ensure high standards while supporting a premium guest experience. Experience is welcomed but not required; basic English is sufficient to understand safety instructions and team directions.

Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Housekeeping team at Crown Sydney. At Crown, the Housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering the premium experience guests expect from one of Australia’s most iconic luxury hotels. Fully insourced and proudly part of the Crown family, you will be part of a supportive team and play an important role in delivering a high-quality guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for those on Student Visas or seeking flexible part-time work to gain experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

What you’ll do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown’s high standards
• Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
• Vacuum and tidy rooms

What we require

• At least 3 months’ previous experience in Housekeeping in a hotel, resort, or accommodation environment
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending and lifting
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
