Job summary

Crown Resorts is hiring for a Guest Room Attendant at Crown Melbourne. This part-time role is part of our luxury housekeeping team, delivering clean, comfortable rooms and thoughtful service to our guests. You’ll work across our Crown hotels in a rotating 7-day roster, with training provided and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Availability to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster.
• Ability to perform physical work over 8-hour shifts, including standing, bending and lifting up to 15kg.
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown’s high standards.
• Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms.
• Vacuum and tidy rooms.
• Refill guest amenities and supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor.
• Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times.

The Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Housekeeping team at Crown Melbourne, working across our luxury hotels: Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade.

This is a guest‑focused, hands‑on role where you help create clean, comfortable rooms for our hotel guests. You will be part of a supportive team and play an important role in delivering a high‑quality guest experience.

No two days are the same, and full training is provided.

What you’ll do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown’s high standards
