AWX on the Sunshine Coast is seeking experienced Roller Operators for ongoing civil work. You will operate rollers to achieve quality compaction, support earthworks, and assist road construction across Sunshine Coast projects.

Ideal candidates have proven roller operating experience, relevant tickets, and a strong safety mindset. This role is based on-site with penalties and allowances, offering long-term opportunities.

Experienced Roller Operator? Get your machine skills working on ongoing Sunshine Coast projects.

We're looking for reliable Roller Operators to join established civil construction crews across a range of projects.

You’ll be responsible for achieving quality compaction and supporting earthworks and road construction activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating Rollers safely and efficiently
• Road and pavement compaction
• Supporting earthworks and site preparation
• Working to project specifications and required compaction standards
• Completing daily pre-starts and machinery checks
• Maintaining a safe working environment around other plant and workers

• Roadworks
• Subdivisions
• Car parks
• Pavement construction
• Bulk earthworks
• Civil infrastructure
