Job summary

Minecon Recruitment Pty is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Roller Operator to join the Gladstone Grid Reinforcement Project at the Calliope River. You will operate a roller to support site preparation, earthworks and infrastructure activities on a major civil project.

In this Monday to Friday role, expect 10+ hour shifts with a focus on safety, reliability and timely completion. You must have a current White Card, a valid driver’s licence and be local to the Calliope area, with

• Previous experience operating rollers on civil construction and bulk earthworks projects.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Reliable transport to get to and from site.
• Current White Card.
• Ability to complete the required client site induction.
• Availability for an immediate start.
• Must be local to the area

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Roller Operatorto join the Gladstone Grid Reinforcement Project at the Calliope River.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, safety-conscious operator to join a civil construction crew delivering key earthworks and infrastructure activities on a major project.

About the Role

Working as part of an active civil construction team, you will operate a roller to support a range of site preparation, earthworks and infrastructure activities.

Key project activities include:

• Bulk earthworks.
• Platform preparation and surfacing.
• External access road construction.

You will work closely with the site team to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required project specifications.

What’s on Offer?

$50.00 per hour – flat rate.

Monday to Friday roster.

10+ hour shifts.

Consistent weekday work on a major civil construction project.

What You’ll Need

Current and relevant RII roller operating competency.

Previous experience operating rollers on civil construction and bulk earthworks projects.
